Google Chrome	Both have nothing but standard gear, who wins? My money is on Spiderman tearing Batman in half. They fight in Gotham and start off with a line of sight on the other inside an apartment building

Batman is good and all but to be honest he has nothing on Spidey at all, Batmans only advantage here would be he's suprise attacks and the darkness, Spider Sense makes all that uselles and Spider-Man's strenght and speed is way higher than Batman's he can lift up to 10 tons and tank peak human Punches, and Batman may be an excelent martial artist but the power difference here is massive, he just can't win.
